What we do

What we do

Glassmaze Networks was established to create a company that people love to work where people and supplies are encouraged to develop their skills and fulfil their potentials while playing an active role in the communities, companies, and organisations locally and in today's global villages.

Without first investing in our people and business methodologies, achieving our objectives will always be an illusion and not able to help the peoples most indeed off our services.

To achieve our objectives, we seek to collaborate with governments, international institutions and businesses whilst having high ethical standards in delivering our projects and professional services.

Our aims and objectives

The problem

With one billion people having no access to clean water and energy worldwide and with more than half of them in Sub-Saharan Africa and where the numbering is still rising particularly in rural areas.

With the anticipated demographical growth in the population will increase, putting pressure on energy demands in existing electrical systems, economy, and employment of an expanding young generation.

The energy requirement in African countries is expected to rise by 4% between 2020 and 2040.

Sub-Saharan Africa population is expanding because 60% of its peoples are under the age of 25 and is the world youngest region. By the year 2030, it will be home to more than one-quarter of the planets under's 25 population providing the region with a demographic opportunity.

This young population will need access to the local and globally connected job markets. Therefore, nation-states and civil society will require to train the workforce for the future, and the continents still have legacy problems in corruption and war conflicts in various regions.

Access to energy is complex and multidimensional because it goes beyond the technical infrastructure requirement, as it also depends on the creation and the promotion of an adequate socio-economic ecosystem.

Developing clean energy is not only a technical challenge that requires a substantial financial investment; it also necessitates the development of adequate skill sets and jobs within the communities to operate products and infrastructures correctly for the long term.

Our Solution

Glassmaze Networks aims to create projects that can respond to the Africa continent needs to access clean energy and the challenges of unemployment for the young.

With over half-billion people needing access to clean water and energy on the Africa continent and its problems with installing and managing large scale infrastructure projects, this a real issue but also provide for a real opportunity for the creation new quailed jobs in the professional services.

Our project aims to contribute to the nation-states requirement for integrating the young into a professional and skilled workforce.

We aim to achieve our objectives as follows:

1.    To work in partnership with public and civil Actors, ensure that the benefits of new technologies, especially in the field of information and communications is provided to all.

2.    Collaboration with the private sector develop and implement strategies for young people to find decent and productive work, and at the same time build strategic alliances with employers to interact with both the professional integration of young people and the of retaining of workers or officials removed from the promotion circuit.

3.    Support the evolution, development and the creation of private, professional and technical training structures oriented towards the professions in engineering, while responding to the needs and respect for social norms.

4.    Develop exchanges and transfer of skills, through strategic partnerships (alliances between companies, training institutions, industry and NGOs..) and facilitate in collaboration with the social partners for better professional integration and personal development of our target groups.
